Returns & Exchanges

At JW PEI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original JW PEI dust bag and box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
